Pflegekraft (m/w/d) für das Pflegeheim Gadebusch (Dauernachtwache)

Im Pflegeheim im Gadebusch bietet der Volkssolidarität Schwerin – Westmecklenburg e.V. mit 42 Pflegeplätzen für die Bewohner\*innen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Pflegeheim liegt inmitten einer Seniorenwohnanlage der Volkssolidarität in Gadebusch. Sie haben ein Herz für ältere Menschen und lieben ihren Pflegeberuf? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Der Volkssolidarität Schwerin – Westmecklenburg e.V. sucht ab sofort eine Pflegekraft (m/w/d) als Dauernachtwache in Teilzeit (30-35 Stunden).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Ganzkörperpflege/Hilfe bei der Körperpflege unter Beachtung der Regeln der aktivierenden Pflege aller Pflegebedürftigkeitsgrade nach den Pflegerichtlinien und individuellen Bedürfnissen; Intimpflege und Inkontinenzversorgung
  • Durchführung prophylaktischer Maßnahmen
  • Hilfe bei der Bewegung und Fortbewegung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
  • Einleitung von Sofortmaßnahmen und Benachrichtigung des Arztes im Notfall
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation, Zuarbeit für die Erstellung der SIS / des Maßnahmenplans lt. Bezugspflegeplan
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten
  • ständige Fort- und Weiterbildung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Alten- und Krankenpflegehelfer\*in wünschenswert, aber keine Bedingung
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dementiell erkrankten Menschen wünschenswert
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • keine Eintragungen im Führungszeugnis
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Lernbereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständigkeit und -organisation
  • körperliche und seelische Stabilität
  • Ausgeglichenheit und Geduld
  • Kreativität
