Werden Sie Teil unserer familiären Gemeinschaft! Unser privat geführtes Pflegeheim in Wandlitz blickt auf über 30 Jahre Erfahrung zurück – und wir möchten dieses Wissen mit Ihnen teilen.

Ihr Einsatz: Sie unterstützen uns im Spät- und Nachtdienst und sorgen mit einer liebevollen Grundpflege dafür, dass sich unsere Bewohner rundum wohlfühlen.

Warum wir?

Fairness: 18,00 € – 19,50 €/Std. je nach Ihrer Ausbildung (Einjährige Pflegeausbildung, Pflegebasiskurs o.ä.) plus ein sattes Paket an Zuschlägen (Spät, Nacht, Feiertag, Wechselschicht).

Extras:  Anwesenheitsbonus nach der Probezeit, Bonuskarte und Anfahrtspauschale (ab 10 km).

Zukunft:  Krisensicherer Job, betriebliche Altersvorsorge und Förderung Ihrer Weiterbildung.

Work-Life: Teil- oder Vollzeit (bis 35h) und gemeinsame Feste, die in Erinnerung bleiben.
