Ich heiße Matthias, bin 51 Jahre alt, wohne in Mainz und suche ab sofort zur Vervollständigung meines Teams weitere Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitkräfte (w/m/d) die mich gerne unterstützen möchten.

Sie würden in einem Team von 8 MitarbeiterInnen mit 24 Stunden-Schichten 1-2x in der Woche bei nur einer Person in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre arbeiten.

Es handelt sich um einer sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung mit Urlaubsanspruch, Zuschlägen für Nacht- Sonn- und Feiertagsarbeit. Die Vergütung beginnt bei 20,00 € pro Stunde. Es sind immer 24-h-Schichten mit Übernachtung in einem separaten Zimmer (Nichtraucher-Haushalt, keine Haustiere).

Ich benötige Hilfe bei alltäglichen Dingen, wie bei der Körperpflege, im Haushalt und bei der Begleitung zu Freizeitaktivitäten sowie Begleitung zu meiner Arbeitstelle. Ein Führerschein ist deshalb Voraussetzung. Ein Pkw ist vorhanden. Erfahrungen in der Pflege sind nicht erforderlich.
