  • Die CARECON Ambulante Pflege GmbH bietet eine auf Intensivpflege spezialisierte 24h Versorgung an. Im Juli 2019 wurde die moderne und nach höchsten Standards eingerichtete Intensivwohngemeinschaft eröffnet. Unser Ziel ist es, die größtmögliche Selbständigkeit unserer Bewohnenden trotz Intensivbetreuung möglichst lang aufrechtzuerhalten. Der Mensch steht bei uns im Mittelpunkt. Wir suchen ab sofort Pflegekräfte für die außerklinische Intensivpflege in Vollzeit!
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aufnahme der pflegebedürftigen Personen in die Intensivwohngruppe
  • Biografieorientierte Pflegeplanung
  • kollegiale Unterstützung, Anleitung und Kontrolle im Bezugspflegeteam
  • Durchführung und Kontrolle der Pflegedokumentation sowie Pflegevisiten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Pflege unseres Behandelten in Absprache mit ärztlichem und therapeutischem Fachpersonal
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Beatmungspflege (invasiv, nicht-invasiv)
  • Übernahme von rehabilitierenden Maßnahmen und soziale Betreuung
  • Begleitung des Behandelten im Alltag
  • Ihre Qualifikation umfasst:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Examinierung in Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Altenpflege
  • Hohe pflegerische und soziale Kompetenz
  • Berufserfahrung in der außerklinischen Intensivpflege
