### Sie haben

  • eine dem Menschen zugewandte Lebenseinstellung und Freude an der Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Personen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
  • die Bereitschaft, zu einem guten Miteinander im Team beizutragen
  • gern, aber nicht zwingend, eine Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer/in oder eine Weiterbildung als Pflegehelfer/in o.ä., alternativ gern Erfahrungen als pflegende/r Angehörige/r oder ein großes Interesse an der Arbeit in der Pflege, verbunden mit der Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • die Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst und zur Wochenendarbeit
  • möglichst den Führerschein Klasse B

Wir bieten Ihnen

  • eine abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit in der Regel in unserem ambulanten Pflegedienst (Bewerbungen für die Kurzzeitpflege werden aber auch gern entgegengenommen)
  • Vergütung entsprechend der Arbeitsvertragsrichtlinien (AVR) der Diakonie Sachsen einschließlich Stufenaufstiegen, Kinderzuschlag, Zuschlägen für Nacht-, Sonntags- und Feiertagsarbeit, Jahressonderzahlung und betrieblicher Altersvorsorge
  • mindestens 31 Tage Urlaub
  • Beachtung von Mitarbeiterwünschen bei der Dienstplangestaltung
