# Pflegekräfte (m/w/d)

### Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) oder Pflegehilfskräfte (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit 20 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

Leistungen der häuslichen Pflege
Beratung und Anleitung der Patienten und ihrer Angehörigen
Aktives Mitwirken an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
Pflegedokumentation
Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Besprechungen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Ausbildung als exam. Altenpfleger/in oder exam. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in
Oder erste Berufserfahrung
Einfühlsame, freundliche, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
Ein Verständnis von ambulanter Pflege als Dienstleistung zur Unterstützung pflegender Angehöriger
Aktuelles Pflegewissen und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Erkenntnissen und Entwicklungen in der ambulanten Pflege wünschenswert
Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsfreude
Hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
