Beschreibung der wesentlichen Tätigkeiten

Kursleitungsverantwortung

Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation des theoretischen Unterrichtes (Blocksystem)

Praxisbegleitung und Beratung der Auszubildenden und der Praxisanleiter

Organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Praxiskoordination der praktischen Ausbildung

Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des Bildungsinstitutes sowie der Qualitätsmanagementstandards

Koordination und Durchführung von Prüfungen in Theorie und Praxis

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pflegepädagogik, Medizinpädagogik oder vergleichbares wünschenswert

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)

Ausgeprägte sozial-kommunikative Fähigkeiten

Selbstständige, kooperative zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Organisationsgeschick
