# Pflegepädagoge (m/w/d) OTA Ausbildung

ab sofort, in Teil-/ Vollzeit, befristet bis März 2028 (Elternzeitvertretung)

### Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Moderner, praxisnaher und schülerzentrierter Unterricht in der OTA-Ausbildung
  • Vermittlung fachtheoretischer und berufspraktischer Inhalte mit Fokus auf Theorie-Praxis-Transfer
  • Individuelle Begleitung und Förderung der Auszubildenden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Praxisanleitenden, Lerncoaches und dem OTA-Schulteam
  • Einsatz digitaler Lernmedien wie iPads, Smartboards und Lernplattformen
  • Mitwirkung an Prüfungen, Leistungsnachweisen und ggf. Examensprüfungen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung einer zukunftsorientierten OTA-Ausbildung

### Qualifikationsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes pädagogisches Studium mit entsprechender Lehrbefähigung
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise in der OTA-Ausbildung
  • Fachkompetenz im Bereich OTA und OP
  • Pädagogisches Geschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Digitale Affinität und Freude an moderner Lehre
  • Idealerweise Berechtigung zur Abnahme von Examensprüfungen
