  • Eigenständige Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung des theoretischen und fachpraktischen Unterrichts
  • Übernahme einer Klasse als Klassenleitung
  • Pädagogische Begleitung und Förderung unserer Auszubildenden
  • Planung, Durchführung und Bewertung von Leistungsnachweisen und Prüfungen in Theorie und Praxis
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben der Pflegeschule
  • ## Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pflegepädagogik (Bachelor oder Master) oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von pflegerischer Praxis und Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Durchführung von Unterricht
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Auszubildenden und an der Vermittlung von Wissen
  • Sehr gute Ausdrucks- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
