Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Sicherung und Evaluation der Qualität der Pflege
  • Steuerung und Gestaltung der Pflegeprozesse
  • Feststellung des individuellen Pflegebedarfs
  • Du dokumentierst selbstständig Deine pflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Du hälst die Hygienestandards ein

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder als Pflegefachkraft
  • Erfahrung und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Erfahrungen in der Versorgung von Menschen mit Demenz sind von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und eine große Portion Herzlichkeit
  • Organisationstalent
  • Lust auf flexible und sinnvolle Einsätze
