## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführen der grundpflegerischen Versorgung
  • Beziehungspflege mit den Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Fachliche Übergabe mit stationären Wohngruppen
  • Begleitung der Kinder und Jugendlichen in der Nacht

## Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft, AltenpflegerIn (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kinder und Jugendlichen mit Behinderung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Leidenschaft an der Arbeit im Team
