MSD, ein führender Hersteller von Spezialchemikalien, Anlagen und Software für die Leiterplatten-, Halbleiter- und Steckverbinderindustrie, bietet dir die Chance, ein hochrelevantes Pflichtpraktikum zu absolvieren, das direkt in deiner Studienordnung verankert ist.

Wir suchen neugierige, wissbegierige Studierende, die Lust haben, im nasschemischen Labor zu arbeiten und sich gerne zwischen anorganischer, organischer und physikalischer Chemie sowie Materialwissenschaften bewegen.

In deinem Praktikum unterstützt du unser Projektteam bei der Entwicklung eines Electroless-Copper-Prozesses für ultradünne Kupferschichten – ein entscheidender Baustein für die nächste Generation von High‑Tech‑Geräten.

Deine Verantwortung

  • Durchführung von Laborversuchen und Aufgaben nach Absprache mit deiner Betreuung
  • Vorbereitung von Testsubstraten für die chemische Kupferabscheidung
  • Herstellung und chemische Analyse von Prozessbädern
  • Bewertung der abgeschiedenen Kupferschichten mittels nasschemischer und physikalischer Methoden
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation deiner Ergebnisse
  • Präsentation deiner Resultate in Teammeetings
  • Unterstützung bei Troubleshooting und Prozessoptimierung

Deine Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

  • Eingeschrieben im Bachelorstudium Chemie, Physik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Materialwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fach
  • Das Praktikum ist Pflichtbestandteil deiner Studienordnung (keine freiwilligen Praktika)
  • Erste Erfahrung im nasschemischen Labor
  • Grundkenntnisse in Spektroskopie, Gravimetrie, Titrimetrie und der Chemie von Übergangsmetallen
  • Bereitschaft zum Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
  • Fähigkeit, Experimente zu planen, durchzuführen und Daten auszuwerten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Proaktive, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Hohe Motivation, Neues zu lernen und an relevanten Industrieprojekten mitzuwirken
  • Vergütung 450 € pro Monat
