Die BWV Betreutes Wohnen und Verwaltungs GmbH betreibt eine geschützte Wohneinrichtung für Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen. Wir bieten einen sicheren Raum mit festen Strukturen – ein Ort der Stabilität und Ordnung. Für den Empfangs- und Überwachungsbereich suchen wir zuverlässige Mitarbeiter:innen, die Verantwortung übernehmen möchten – auch ohne Sicherheitsausbildung.

Ihre Aufgaben nach Einarbeitung

Besetzung des Empfangsbereichs als erste Ansprechperson für Bewohner:innen, Gäste und Lieferdienste
Überwachung der Brandmelde-, Alarm- und Videoanlagen über das zentrale Bedienfeld
Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge im Gebäude und der Außenanlage zur Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und zur Meldung technischer Auffälligkeiten
Dokumentation von Ereignissen, z. B. im Übergabe- oder Postbuch
Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der Hausordnung – inkl. verantwortungsvollem Handeln im Rahmen des Hausrechts
Kleinere praktische Tätigkeiten: Leuchtmittel wechseln, Möbelstücke zusammenbauen, Müll entsorgen
Saisonale Aufgaben: z. B. Streuen bei Glätte
