Required Qualifications:

Active pharmacy license (RPh or PharmD) in good standing in one or more of our focus states: OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, AZ, TX, FL or additional U.S. states

Certified Immunizer

BLS/ALS Certification

Annual Bloodborne Pathogen Training

Professional Liability Insurance

Experience in drug utilization reviews and maintaining accurate records

Deliver exceptional patient and customer service

Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of patient records

HIPAA compliant and knowledgeable of all applicable federal and state laws and regulations

Flexible and adaptable — able to work a variety of schedules including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

2–3 years of pharmacy experience in your practice settings

Additional credentials, specializations, or certifications — MTM, compounding, clinical review, behavioral health, long-term care
