We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our location in Okotoks, AB .

You will be responsible for:

• •Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
• •Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations.
• •Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners.
• •Inventory management.
• •Team member scheduling, training, and management.
• •Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs.
• •Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans.
• •Enforcing policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drugs distribution.
• •Completing all licensee tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy in your province.
• •Following and enforcing Save-On-Foods’ SOPs.
• •Communicating with your Regional Pharmacy Manager to optimize efficiencies and workflow.

You Have:

• •A Canadian Pharmacist license and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
• •Pharmacy management experience OR minimum 2 years as a Pharmacist (AB).
• •Fluent with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
• •Your Injection Certification.
