Mitarbeiter im Service Team Softwareschulung / Support

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

Telefonische Beratung zu Anwender- sowie pharmazeutischen Fragen

Überprüfung, Klärung und Nachverfolgung von offenen Anfragen

Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Apotheken

Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Apotheken Software

Analyse von Software Fehlern und erarbeiten von Lösungskonzepten

Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen:

Abgeschlossene pharmazeutische Berufsausbildung

Detaillierte Erfahrungen in der Apotheke

Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office

Exzellente Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Belastbarkeit

Hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
