  • -Bearbeitung von KundenInnenanfragen (PharmazeutenInnen, ÄrzteInnen, PKA)
  • -Produktrecherche und selbstständige Bestellabwicklung (Arzneimittel, Chemikalien, Kräuter und galenische Anfertigungen)
  • -Kontakt und Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten
  • -Reklamationsabwicklung des zugeteilten Sortiments
  • -Beobachtung der Entwicklung am Beschaffungsmarkt
  • -Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • -Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pharmazeutisch-kaufmännische/n Assistent/in
  • -Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Arzneimittel, Homöopathie und Chemikalien
  • -Berufserfahrung im Bestellwesen von Vorteil
  • -Genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Ausgeprägte KundenInnen- und Serviceorientierung
  • -Organisationsstärke, Lösungsorientierung
  • -Unternehmerisches und kostenbewusstes Denken
  • -Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit
  • -Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft
  • -Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, SAP von Vorteil
  • -Englischkenntnisse
