  • Aufgaben:
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Formulierungsstudien für Tabletten und Kapseln
  • Herstellung fester oraler Arzneiformen mittels Direktverpressung und Feuchtgranulierung
  • Durchführung galenischer Standardprüfungen wie Härte, Friabilität, Zerfallszeit und Freisetzung
  • Charakterisierung von Pulvern, Hilfsstoffen und Wirkstoffmischungen
  • Anwendung von Pharmakopöen sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen im Entwicklungsumfeld
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Laborjournalen, Versuchsberichten und Standardarbeitsanweisungen
  • fachliche Weiterentwicklung galenischer Prozesse sowie Betreuung von Laborgeräten
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Pharmazie, Biopharmazie, Chemie, Life Sciences oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie mit Schwerpunkt Galenik fester oraler Arzneiformen sowie speziell mit GMP
  • Erfahrung in Direktverpressung und Feuchtgranulierung von Tabletten und Kapseln
  • Kenntnisse galenischer Prüfverfahren, Pulvercharakterisierung, Pharmakopöen und regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
