PHE & FF- BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:

• •Develop 3D BIM models for plumbing and fire fighting systems using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD MEP).
• •Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate integration of PHE and FF systems into overall building models.
• •Create and maintain project-specific content libraries for PHE and FF components.
• •Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts in the model.
• •Generate accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules from BIM models.
• •Prepare 2D drawings and documentation derived from 3D models.
• •Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in model development.
• •Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers as needed.
• •Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards and best practices for the organization.
• •Support the creation of construction and fabrication drawings based on BIM models.
• •Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.
• •Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends related to PHE and FF systems.
