Duties and Responsibilities

• •Deliver high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• •Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
• •Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and use of modalities.
• •Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
• •Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and strategies to support recovery.
• •Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• •Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
• •Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• •Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements

• •Associate’s degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program (or anticipated degree).
• •Current or anticipated Kansas PTA license (or eligibility).
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• •Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• •Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork.
