Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Owosso, Michigan !

As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you’ll have the opportunity to:

• •Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• •Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence
• •Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• •Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the PT and interdisciplinary team
• •Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• •Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
• •Work collaboratively with nursing and other healthcare professionals
• •Promote patient safety and quality outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• •Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• •Current Michigan PTA license or eligibility for licensure
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •A compassionate, patient-centered approach
• •Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team
