Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time | Warren, MI

Concept Rehab has an opportunity for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to become part of our skilled nursing rehabilitation team in Warren, Michigan.

We're looking for someone who enjoys providing hands-on patient care and working alongside a collaborative therapy team to help residents reach their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• •Carry out physical therapy treatment programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• •Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training.
• •Assist residents with walking, transfers, balance, strength, and endurance activities.
• •Monitor resident responses to treatment and communicate changes to the PT.
• •Encourage participation and progress toward individualized rehabilitation goals.
• •Complete treatment documentation in accordance with clinical standards.
• •Work closely with nursing and other rehabilitation professionals.

Qualifications:

• •Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• •Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• •Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• •Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• •Passion for helping others improve their quality of life.
