  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Part-Time or PRN
  • Location: Cadiz, OH
  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in Cadiz, Ohio on a Part-Time or PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for a PTA seeking flexibility, supportive leadership, and the chance to make a meaningful difference with patients.

Position Highlights:

Part-Time or PRN availability

Flexible schedule

Supportive rehab and facility leadership

Consistent caseload in a skilled nursing setting

Patient-focused, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist

Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans

Accurately document treatments and patient progress

Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members

Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

Requirements:

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

Active Ohio PTA license (required)

SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compassionate, patient-centered care mindset
