Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, patient-centered care in a supportive post-acute rehabilitation environment.

What You'll Do

Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will:

Provide skilled treatment according to individualized care plans
Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, transfers, and functional independence
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
Monitor patient response and progress
Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
Current Michigan PTA license in good standing
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable and professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous skilled nursing/post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
