Deliver hands-on interventions including therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy techniques.
Promote resident safety and fall prevention through functional assessments, education, and preventative interventions.
Provide care across one or more assisted living communities while maintaining strong communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Educate residents and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support long-term independence and wellness.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation and monitor patient progress using EMR systems in compliance with state and facility standards.
Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, workshops, and clinical training opportunities.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, community staff, and colleagues to support exceptional patient outcomes.
Why Join Engage?
