Your Role:

Create and implement personalized therapy plans to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Monitor and track resident progress , making adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Collaborate closely with our dedicated care team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.

Educate and guide residents and their families , offering emotional support and essential information throughout the recovery process.

What We're Looking For:

A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alaska.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to connect with both residents and colleagues.

A team-oriented mindset and a desire to collaborate with others to deliver the highest level of care.
