Position Available:
Physical Therapist, Full-time

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans.
Deliver care in hospital outpatient setting.
Actively participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary communication.
Complete required documentation and maintain accurate, timely records.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and accountability.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa (new graduates welcome to apply).
Valid driver’s license.
