Physical Therapist (PT) – $60–$85/Visit | Jersey City, NJ

Compensation

PRN: Higher eval rates, flexible schedule, no evenings/weekends

Coverage Area

Jersey City, NJ (territories designed to minimize travel)

Responsibilities

  • - Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting
  • - Develop care plans

  • - Complete EMR documentation

Qualifications

  • - Active state PT license
  • - DPT or equivalent
  • - Reliable transportation
