Physical Therapist (PT)
Make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives every day
What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll play a key role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. In this role, you will:
- Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of referral
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Provide hands-on therapy in alignment with approved care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, updating plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers for successful recovery and discharge
- Assist with discharge planning and recommend appropriate equipment (e.g., walkers, braces)
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students
- Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with the state
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate (DPT) preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using electronic medical records (e.g., Casamba, PointClickCare)
- Ability to solve problems, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
