Physical Therapist (PT) – Help Patients Thrive in Beautiful Eureka, Montana!

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for restoring movement, relieving pain, and improving lives? Join our dedicated rehab team in Eureka, MT , where your expertise will empower patients to regain independence and achieve their wellness goals in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans under physician direction.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy to restore function, mobility, and reduce pain.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve meaningful recovery goals.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress.
  • Document patient condition and progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licenses/Certification:

Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.

Current CPR certification.

Experience:

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
