What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• •Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• •Provide skilled physical therapy services
• •Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• •Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• •Collaborate with nursing, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• •Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants
• •Participate in care planning and discharge planning
• •Educate patients, families, and facility staff on appropriate therapeutic programs
• •Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• •Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• •Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
• •Strong clinical and communication skills
• •Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Skilled nursing/post-acute experience is preferred, but not required
• •New graduates are encouraged to apply!
