Total Potential Income (Base + Revenue Sharing): $85,000–$105,000/year

Includes base salary plus additional revenue-sharing earnings.

Base Pay: $80,000–$85,000

Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year

• •Treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time
• •Top performers average 11–12 patients/day (double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care)

Requirements

• •Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions
