Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services that improve residents’ mobility, strength, and overall function.

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide direct patient care according to individualized treatment plans
• •Assist residents with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility
• •Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist
• •Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• •Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• •Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment

Qualifications

• •Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• •Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required)
• •Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• •Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Commitment to patient-centered care
