  • Standort: Klinik Zschadraß

Die Diakoniewerk Zschadraß gemeinnützige GmbH betreibt in Zschadraß ein Fachkrankenhaus für Psychiatrie/ Psychotherapie mit insgesamt 135 Betten und 80 Tagesklinikplätzen, eine psychiatrische Institutsambulanz, ein Seniorenpflegeheim und ein Wohnheim für Menschen mit Behinderung.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Strukturierte psychiatrische Anamneseerhebung inkl. Dokumentation
  • Erhebung des klinischen Erstbefundes
  • Fallbesprechungen, Teilnahme an Visiten und Teambesprechungen
  • Anordnung / Anforderung von Untersuchungen
  • Psychologische Testdiagnostik
  • Übertragung von Medikamentenplänen / Medikamentengabe
  • Prüfung der Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit (z. B. im Zusammenhang mit Fixierungen)
  • Vorbereitung des Arztbriefes
  • Erstellung / Vorbereitung von Dokumenten im SächsPsychKHG und BGB
  • Dokumentation PEPP / Schnittstelle Controlling

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Physician Assistant
  • Empathie im Umgang mit Patienten
  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären und bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
