Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere hausärztliche Praxis in Gera einen engagierten Physician Assistant (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Mit Ihrer Unterstützung möchten wir die medizinische Versorgung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten weiter ausbauen und die ärztliche Tätigkeit im Sinne einer modernen, strukturierten Teamarbeit effizient ergänzen.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst entsprechend dem Berufsbild insbesondere:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung delegierbarer ärztlicher Tätigkeiten
  • Anamneseerhebung, Dokumentation und Vorbereitung diagnostischer und therapeutischer Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei Diagnostik und Therapieplanung
  • Durchführung von Hausbesuchen nach ärztlicher Delegation
  • Koordination von Behandlungsabläufen und Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Unterstützung im Qualitäts- und Versorgungsmanagement

Die Tätigkeit erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit dem ärztlichen Team und orientiert sich am klar definierten Kompetenzrahmen des Berufsbildes Physician Assistant.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Physician Assistant (B. Sc.)

  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Interesse an langfristiger Mitgestaltung einer modernen hausärztlichen Versorgung
