Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) team in Warm Springs, Georgia.

Qualifications

• •Board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• •Current Georgia licensure or eligibility for Georgia licensure
• •Demonstrated competency in the clinical skills required for the position
• •A minimum of three (2) years of acute care experience is preferred
• •Experience caring for medically complex adult patients in a post-acute or LTAC environment strongly preferred
• •Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
