Mercy Clinic in Pittsburg, Kansas, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment known for quality care and patient satisfaction.

• •Join one other full-time General Surgeon and 1 full-time NP

• •Surgical Center consists of 40,000 sq/ft and 6 state-of-the-art operating rooms
• •18 Pre-Op/Post-Op rooms
• •1 Anesthesiologist + 5 CRNA’s
• •2 Endoscopy Suites
• •6 PACU bays
• •1 Da Vinci Robot
• •Large, established multi-specialty referral network
• •System-wide Epic EMR
• •Teaching opportunities with local medical school
• •Open to H-1B visa candidates

• •102-bed hospital serving Southeast Kansas
• •Level III Trauma Center and Emergent Stroke Ready Hospital
• •Leapfrog Group’s A Hospital Safety Grade
• •12-bed ICU with 24/7 telehealth monitoring

Compensation & Benefits

• •$540K guaranteed salary plus $50,000 recruitment bonus
• •Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
• •4 weeks’ vacation , 6 holidays, and 1 week CME during guarantee period
• •$5,000 annual CME allowance
