PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• •Level III, 14 bed newly renovated NICU with private suites
• •Strong 6-person OB team with growing birth volume
• •Full time Maternal Fetal Medicine support
• •Pediatric subspecialty support with cardiology, neurology, and virtual hematology
• •Relocation and benefit package
• •Full time is 7-8 shifts per month as a 4-person team
• •Competitive salary and sign on bonus
• •Overnight NNP support
• •Highly experienced nursing staff

• •Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
• •3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• •Fargo-Moorhead population: 250,000
• •Regional Service area consists of 30 clinics & 5 hospitals
• •Safe, growing community known for excellent school system
• •Young population with average age mid 30’s
• •Three Universities in the FM area

COMPENSATION

$381,177 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
