Description

Pain Medicine Physician – Arlington Orthopedic Associates | Arlington, Texas

Opportunity Overview

Arlington Orthopedic Associates (AOA) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join its established, physician-led orthopedic practice in Arlington, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a fellowship-trained physician to develop a comprehensive interventional pain practice within one of the largest and most respected orthopedic groups in North Texas.

The incoming physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons, spine specialists, and advanced practice providers committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Physicians with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of spine and musculoskeletal conditions, image-guided procedures, and non-operative spine care will find significant opportunities for professional growth and long-term success.

Where You Will Work

Arlington Orthopedic Associates is one of the largest and most established orthopedic practices in Texas, serving patients throughout Arlington, Dallas, Irving, Mansfield, Midlothian, and Waxahachie. The practice provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care across numerous specialties, including spine surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement, hand surgery, foot and ankle surgery, trauma, and pain management.

The incoming physician will benefit from a robust referral network, established community relationships, and a collaborative practice environment that supports the development of a thriving interventional pain practice. Physicians are supported by experienced clinical staff, advanced practice providers, and a leadership team committed to clinical excellence and physician success.

A significant advantage of this opportunity is access to Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington, a premier orthopedic specialty hospital dedicated exclusively to orthopedic and spine care. As the only hospital of its kind in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the facility offers a highly specialized surgical environment, advanced technology, dedicated orthopedic operating room teams, and comprehensive ancillary services designed to optimize patient outcomes and physician efficiency. This partnership provides physicians with access to a best-in-class procedural platform focused entirely on musculoskeletal care.

Where You Will Live

Located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Arlington offers the ideal combination of professional opportunity and quality of life. Residents enjoy a lower cost of living than many major metropolitan areas, excellent schools, diverse neighborhoods, and convenient access to world-class dining, entertainment, professional sports, and international travel.

Whether you prefer urban living, family-oriented communities, or suburban convenience, Arlington provides access to all the amenities of one of the nation's fastest-growing metropolitan regions while maintaining a strong sense of community.

Who You Will Work For

Arlington Orthopedic Associates is a physician-led orthopedic practice with a longstanding reputation for clinical excellence, innovation, and physician autonomy. The group consists of 28 physicians representing a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal specialties and continues to be recognized as a leader in orthopedic care throughout North Texas.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $400,000 to $450,000, commensurate with experience, fellowship training, and procedural expertise, along with a two-year income guarantee and transition to a productivity-based compensation model. Physicians have the opportunity to pursue partnership within the practice and acquire ownership interests in ancillary services and the Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington. A comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and additional practice growth opportunities are also available. Final compensation will be based on training, experience, qualifications, procedural volume, and market considerations.
