Job Description:

Primary Address: 15728 S Rt 59, Plainfield, IL 60544

Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8:30a-5p, Thursday 10:30a-7p

• •Manages hiring and termination procedures to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• •Establishes staffing patterns in alignment with physician schedules.
• •Assists in the preparation and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.
• •Develops and implements performance improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction, and positive outcomes.
• •Oversees administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• •Manages clinic resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
• •Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• •Collaborates with clinical staff to optimize patient care and improve workflow processes.
• •Addresses operational challenges and implements strategies for continuous improvement.
• •Monitors clinic performance and patient flow to maintain high service quality.
• •Develops and implements policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency.
• •Trains, coaches, and evaluates clinic staff to ensure high performance.
• •Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

• •1+ years of related experience [Required]
• •Medical office lead experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$21.59 - $40.15
