One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team at our Powell, WY and Greybull WY clinics. If you're passionate about rural health care and want to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit community, this is the opportunity for you!

• Location: Powell & Greybull
• Schedule: Full-time | 3-4 days in Powell/ 1-2 days in Greybull

Salary: $105,083 (New Grad)/$119,203.00 - $123,905/year (DOE)

About the Role

As a PA or FNP at One Health, you will:

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services

Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans

Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs

Qualifications

Licensed in Wyoming as a PA or FNP

Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA

Valid driver’s license

Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience, DOT certification (or ability to obtain)
