### Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Durchführung von zielgerichteter Einzel- und Gruppentherapie für unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Gestaltung und individuelle Anpassung von Übungsprogrammen
  • Dokumentation der Behandlungsfortschritte
  • Empathische Beratung und Begleitung der Bewohner sowie deren Angehörigen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflege- und Betreuungsteam sowie externen Partnern

### Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut (m/w/d)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen und idealerweise Erfahrung im geriatrischen Bereich
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamgeist, Geduld und Zuverlässigkeit
