*Zu besetzen ist eine Stelle als Physiotherapeut/in (m/w/d) in Themar in Vollzeit , Teilzeit ab 20 Wochenstunden oder als Minijob*

Aufgaben:

  • Physiotherapeutische Behandlung der Patienten in Einzel‐ und/ oder Gruppen‐Therapien
  • Befunderhebung und Umsetzung individueller Therapiekonzepte
  • Eigenständige Gestaltung von Behandlungsplänen und Übungsprogrammen
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und internen Fortbildungen
  • Aktivierung und Erhaltung der Ressourcen der Patienten
  • Dokumentation von Befunden und Therapieberichten

Voraussetzung:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Physiotherapeut/in
  • Qualifikationen in den folgenden Bereichen wünschenswert: Krankengymnastik auf neurophysiologischer Grundlage, Manuelle Therapie, Manuelle Lymphdrainage, Medizinische Trainingstherapie
  • Sorgfältige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • respektvoller und empathischer Umgang mit Patienten
  • Belastbarkeit, Ausdauer, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

*- iPads werden für Therapeuten gestellt.*

*- Homeoffice für Arbeiten von zu Hause aus falls notwendig*

Die Praxis ist digital:

*- Digitale Pläne und Befundung.*

Auto für die Hausbesuchsfahrten

Vergütung:

  • hauseigener Tarif orientiert an TVÖD EG 7‐9 je nach Stand Weiterbildung und übernommener Arbeitsaufgaben
  • Spätschichtzulage ab 14:00 Uhr
  • jährliches Fortbildungsbudget
  • Betriebliche Altersvorsorge (Zuschuss)
  • Kostenübernahme von externen Weiterbildungen (MLD, KG‐Bobath, Lymphtherapeuten etc.)
