Das Medizinische Versorgungszentrum ergänzt das Leistungsspektrum des Kreiskrankenhauses Freiberg im ambulanten Bereich und ist eine tragende Säule der umfassenden medizinischen Versorgung der Einwohner und Gäste Mittelsachsens. Aktuell verfügt unser MVZ Freiberg über die Fachbereiche Allgemeinmedizin, Chirurgie, Frauenheilkunde und Geburtshilfe, Kinder- und Jugendheilkunde sowie Neurologie. Ergänzt wird das medizinische Leistungsangebot für unsere Patienten durch die Physiotherapie „vital balance“ mit Ergotherapie. Eine enge Kooperation mit dem Kreiskrankenhaus Freiberg sichert den Patienten eine optimale medizinische Versorgung.

  • Tätigkeiten im stationären und ambulanten Bereich
  • Hausbesuche in Privathaushalten sowie in Pflegeeinrichtungen

### Darum sind Sie unsere erste Wahl

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Physiotherapeut (m/w/d)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • freundliches sowie patientenorientiertes Auftreten
  • hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am Wochenende sowie an Feiertagen
