Wir suchen ab sofort in Jena einen engagierten Physiotherapeuten (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von physiotherapeutischen Behandlungen gemäß Verordnung
  • Durchführung der Therapien hauptsächlich im mobilen Dienst in Pflegeeinrichtungen und in geringerem Umfang Hausbesuche/Praxis
  • regelmäßige Anpassung der Behandlungspläne
  • Dokumentation - Schreiben von geforderten Therapieberichten
  • Patientenkommunikation

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Physiotherapeuten (m/w/d)
  • sowohl Berufserfahrene als auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Führerschein zwingend erforderlich
  • Weiterbildungen in der manuellen Therapie und/oder manuellen Lymphdrainage wünschenswert oder aber Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung
  • Freundlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten
