## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung eines strukturierten diagnostischen und therapeutischen Prozesses
  • Erstellung individueller Behandlungspläne auf Basis von Anamnese & Screening
  • Beratung und Anleitung der Patient:innen für eine langfristige Gesundheitsförderung
  • Evidenzbasierte Behandlung mit Fokus auf aktive Therapieansätze
  • Kontinuierliche fachliche Weiterbildung und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Dokumentation & Erstellung von Therapieberichten
  • Arbeiten nach den Leitlinien und dem Praxisleitfaden von Move2Health

## Dein Profil:

  • Staatlich anerkannte:r Physiotherapeut:in (m/w/d)
  • Interesse an evidenzbasierten, aktiven Behandlungskonzepten
  • Idealerweise Fortbildungen in MT, MLD, PNF oder KGG (kein Muss)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Leidenschaft für Bewegung und nachhaltige Therapieansätze
