Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt engagierte Physiotherapeut:in (m/w/d) für den stationären Bereich an dem Franziskus Krankenhaus Berlin.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Physiotherapeutische Diagnostik und Therapie bei Patient:innen im stationären Bereich
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung individueller Behandlungskonzepte zur Förderung der Mobilität und
  • Selbstständigkeit
  • Anleitung von Patient:innen zu funktionellen Bewegungsabläufen und präventiven Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation des Therapieverlaufs und Erstellung von Therapieplänen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Pflegekräften und weiteren therapeutischen
  • Berufsgruppen
  • Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Fallbesprechungen

Wir wünschen uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium als Physiotherapeut:in (m/w/d)
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit Patient:innen und Freude am interdisziplinären Austausch
  • Empathie, Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und verantwortungsvoll zu arbeiten
