Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut:in mit staatlicher Anerkennung.
  • Nachweisbare Leitungserfahrung.
  • Lust auf Führung und Gestaltung.
  • Struktur, Klarheit und die Fähigkeit, Menschen mitzunehmen.

Deine Tätigkeiten

  • Du arbeitest therapeutisch mit Kindern und Jugendlichen (ca. 31,5 Std./Woche; physiotherapeutische Einzel- und Gruppentherapie in der Allgemeinpädiatrie, Diabetologie, Neuro-Rehabilitation, Psychosomatik).
  • Du übernimmst die Leitung der Abteilung Fachtherapien (Physio-, Musik-, Kunst-, Ergotherapie, Logopädie) (ca. 7 Std./Woche) und steuerst Personal, Planung und Ressourcen.
  • Du führst dein Team und entwickelst Konzepte, Strukturen und Qualität weiter.
  • Du verantwortest die Durchführung und die Sicherstellung der Therapieeinheiten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Pflege, ärztlichem und therapeutischem Dienst zusammen.
