Wir suchen einen Physiotherapeuten (m/w/d) – in Voll- oder Teilzeit, oder so, wie es für dich passt. Denn bevor wir anfangen, über Stunden zu reden: Wir richten uns nach dir.

Wir denken Physiotherapie ein bisschen anders.

Digitale Praxis, iPads, KI-gestützte Dokumentation – wir sind eines der ersten KI-Teams in NRW. Kein Selbstzweck. Sondern damit du den Kopf frei hast für das, was zählt: deine Patienten.

Was dich bei uns erwartet

Kein 10-Minuten-Takt. Kein Orga-Chaos. Kein „mach mal".

Stattdessen:

  • 20–30 Minuten pro Patient – Zeit, wirklich zu helfen
  • Aktive, evidenzbasierte Therapie – mit Substanz
  • Klare Strukturen und ein Rezeptionsteam, das dir den Rücken freihält
  • Hausbesuche mit PKW oder E-Bike – falls dir das liegt

Was wir dir bieten

  • 3.500 € – 4.250 € brutto (Vollzeit) + Zulagen – mit Fortbildungen geht's nach oben
  • 100 % Fortbildungsübernahme – wir investieren in dich, ohne Wenn und Aber
  • Unbefristeter Vertrag, strukturierte Einarbeitung, ein fester Mentor an deiner Seite
  • Tankgutschein + Altersvorsorge-Zuschuss

Fachlich sind wir breit aufgestellt – KG, MT, KG-ZNS, CMD, Sportphysio, MTT, KG Gerät, HP-Sektoral, Ergotherapie im Aufbau (Neubau). Kombiniert mit dem, was wirklich wirkt.

Berufseinsteiger? Ausdrücklich willkommen.

Wirklich. Fortbildungen musst du keine mitbringen – wir entwickeln dich. Strukturiert, in deinem Tempo, mit einem individuellen Fortbildungsplan. Kein Reinwerfen ins kalte Wasser. Versprochen.

Was uns wichtig ist – ganz ehrlich:

Du musst kein Held sein. Du musst kein Alleskönner sein. Aber du solltest Lust haben, dich zu entwickeln. Strukturiert zu arbeiten. Und Teil eines Teams zu sein, das dich aufbaut – nicht überfordert.
