Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Physiotherapeut/in (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In moderner, großzügiger Arbeitsatmosphäre bietet unsere Praxis neben Krankengymnastik auch KG-Gerät, Gerätetraining, sportwissenschaftliche Laufanalyse, 3D-Wirbelsäulenmessung und Gesundheitskurse an.

Zu unserem Unternehmen gehören ebenfalls ein Sanitätshaus, Orthopädische Werkstätten, eine Praxis für Podologie und eine Abteilung für Reha-Technik.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von physiotherapeutischen Behandlungen bei Patient:innen mit unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbildern
  • Erstellung individueller Therapiepläne unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Bedürfnisse und Ziele der Patient:innen
  • Überwachung des Therapieverlaufs und Anpassung der Maßnahmen bei Bedarf
  • Beratung und Anleitung von Patient:innen zu häuslichen Übungen und Präventionsmaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation der Behandlungsverläufe sowie Pflege der Patientendaten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Pflegepersonal und weiteren Fachkräften zur optimalen Versorgung der Patient:innen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung hygienischer Standards und Qualitätsrichtlinien

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Beruf
